Student Depot is a real estate platform of private student dormitories located across Poland. According to the market analysis, Student Depot is the biggest investor in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation sector in Poland as it has the greatest number of beds in comparison to the other investors.
Student Depot Group has been operating on the Polish market for several years and is developing successfully with a portfolio of over 3,196 beds, around 983 beds under construction or at the design phase, and 941 beds in permitting stage.
The business model of the Student Depot platform focuses on creating a portfolio of private student dormitories that are competitive with the dormitories provided to students by universities mainly due to the standard of accommodation offered, but also in relation to the private rental market, which often does not justify the high prices of accommodation in relation to the offered standard, taking into account the location of the property and the distance from the universities, city centers, transport junctions etc.
The Student Depot’s portfolio is constantly growing, it currently includes 7 operating facilities located in Łódź, Poznań, Lublin, Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdańsk and Cracow – the largest student centers in Poland – but the Group plans to build more. Each facility has attractive common spaces and all rooms are high quality.
