PAD-RES

PAD-RES is a leading developer in the clean energy asset space in Poland. PAD-RES specializes in the development of renewable energy projects, infrastructure investments and commercial real estate The platform‘s current portfolio comprises solar and wind projects at various stages of advancement, both in development and ready to build.

PAD-RES has been building its portfolio for many years starting from the end of 2013, when commenced cooperation with the Italian concern ERG Renew SpA – the second largest company dealing with renewable energy in Italy. Together with ERG, in 2014 and 2015 PAD-RES built two projects: Szydłowo 14 MW and Słupia 26 MW, both with the necessary substations.

In 2016, PAD-RES completed an investment consisting in the construction of a 1MW photovoltaic power plant in north-eastern Poland. Another 1MW project was built at the beginning of 2019.

Also, in 2019, the platform commenced 13 photovoltaic projects in Poland with a total capacity of 8,839 MWp and In Q3 2020 built 25 projects with a total capacity exceeding 23 MW.

The latest projects cover Laszki wind farm with a total capacity of 36MW and PV Genowefa investment with a total capacity of 35MW (an area of 45 ha).

The investments’ renewable capacity exceeds 2GW, placing the platform at the forefront of Poland’s emerging renewable energy sector.

The platform is actively originating new greenfield opportunities and making acquisitions. In the last 12 months, PAD-RES acquired 13 projects with a total capacity of 350 MW with Grid Connection Conditions.
