LIFESPOT

Life Spot is a dynamically developing platform providing a new type of long-term rental apartment in Poland. Life Spot offers affordable apartments for rent in mid-sized and large cities across Poland, such as Gdynia, Warsaw, Wroclaw and Lodz.

The platform currently operates 444 units, with further 1,581 units under construction and 2,381 units in permitting stage which are expected to become operational within the next 1.5-3 years.

The platform’s ambition is to maintain a leading role in the popular segment of Poland’s nascent PRS market by achieving the size of 10,000 units within the next 3-4 years.

Griffin and Ares Management Corporation established the platform in Q3 2021. Griffin acts as co-owner and asset manager.
