International Industrial Properties (IIPROP) is an industrial and logistics platform dedicated to investing in key European markets. The platform is developed in partnership with Panattoni, a leading developer of industrial real estate in Europe & US.

The platform expanded across multiple European economies, starting from projects located in the Netherlands and Poland (secured for 99k sqm GLA) and moving to established markets of Germany and Spain (secured for 70k sqm GLA). In the first quarter of 2022, IIProp secured two additional projects in core Warsaw market (one BTS and one multi-let) with total potential GLA of 157k sqm. Future projects are strategically sourced within established markets of Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland as well as new markets earmarked for entry (France, Italy, UK, Sweden).

IIProp’s current portfolio comprises of 10 projects in key logistics hubs. The total estimated GLA of IIProp’s secured projects amounts to ca. 362.000 sqm.
