ELI (European Logistics Investment) is a logistics platform developing dynamically on the Polish market. ELI’s projects cover key logistics hubs in the most important regions in Poland, including Warsaw, Lodz, Cracow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Upper Silesia, but also targeting locations with increasing infrastructure development, such as Torun, Rzeszów and Lublin. Presently, ELI has 32 locations in 12 key logistics submarkets.

ELI’s portfolio currently includes 28 logistics projects within 10 logistics hubs throughout Poland with a total GLA of 1.2 m sqm, including over 774,000 sqm of standing assets, 141,000 sqm of space under construction and a secured pipeline of 291,000 sqm.
